Flame Retardant Cotton Coverall

Our flame retardant cotton coverall is a well fire protection suit. FR clothing is a special type of personal protective equipment (PPE) designed to protect users from fire-related hazards. Furthermore, it can also reduce the risk of burns at work. Choosing a right and comfortable FR coverall will also make users to improve their productivity and morale.   • This flame retardant Cotton Coverall is made from 100% cotton treated flame retardant high-quality fabric through a refining process. Consequently, it is able to provide reliable flame retardant performance. Other than that, it also bring an excellent protection for users from a hazard situation such as protect from heat and flame of flash fire. Additionally, our FR cotton coverall also provides escape protection and minimizes burn injuries.
  • In addition, after at least 50 washes (tested in accordance with EN ISO 11612: 2008), the fabrics were tested for their flame retardant performance for wash resistance. Yet, it is certified by Oeko-Tex.
  • Besides that, it is safe to the human body. It doesn’t include any material which will brings harm to the human body, so users can feel relieved to wear it.

Care Instructions

● Turn garments inside out before wash to reduce streaking from abrasion.
Fill the washer no more than 2/3 full and use high water level.
● Wash separately in a Normal or Cotton cycle with water in room
temperature. Use any typical home laundry detergent. Do not use soap
(tallow soap containing animal fats).
● Do not use chlorinated detergent.
● Do not use fabric softeners as they may coat fibers and mask FR
performance and/or serve as fuel in the event of garment ignition.
● The use of conditioned or soft water can help improve removal of
contaminants from garments. Hard water precipitates soaps can result in
the build-up of calcium and magnesium salts. These can serve as fuel in
the event they are exposed to a source of ignition.
● It is important that all soils and other contaminants are completely
removed from garments during the wash process. This may require the
use of stain removal products, such as Shout®, Spray ‘n Wash®, or
Zout®; or presoaking garments prior to washing. The use of hot water
can often make detergents more effective in the removal of soils.
If all contaminants cannot be removed in-home care, garments should be
dry cleaned.
● Do not over dry garments. If desired, you may press with an iron via
Permanent Press/Low setting.
